The number of emotions that we experience when we are grieving the death of somebody we care about can be overwhelming. In comes Mindfulness- a practice in which we lean inwards and pay non-judgmental attention to our thoughts, feelings, the surrounding environment, and more. By doing the opposite of “not thinking about it,” we may disarm the hold that these thoughts and feelings have on us.
