Psychoeducational Workshops
Our psychoeducational workshop series provides an opportunity for anyone to learn about topics related to losing a loved one to substance-related-causes. Whether you are bereaved and are looking to better understand your experience and identify coping skills, or you are looking to help somebody you care about who is grieving, you are welcome to attend these workshops. We offer three versions:
Live Workshops: These workshops are held on the Fourth Tuesday of each month from 6:30 - 8:00 pm ET. They are held with a live audience, are highly interactive, and are NOT recorded to ensure maximum privacy for participants. These workshops are sponsored by the Massachusetts’ Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) and are free of charge to any individual living in Massachusetts. For those outside of Massachusetts, there is a $10 fee to attend the workshop. If cost is an issue, please reach out to Laura@peersupportcommunitypartners.com and we will work with you on a solution.
Recordable Workshops: These workshops are held on the Third Wednesday of each month from 5:00 - 6:30 pm ET. These workshops are held with a live audience and are recorded for our on-demand workshop library. These workshops are available to individuals who have previously attended a live workshop and are comfortable with being recorded. These workshops are available free of charge to anyone inside or outside of Massachusetts.
On-Demand Workshops: These workshops are available on-demand, meaning they have been previously recorded. These workshops are currently free of charge as the library is built, but will eventually be available for $5 to anyone regardless of location. Once a workshop is downloaded, you may keep it and watch it whenever and however often you would like.
