Peer Grief Helper Support

We help you support those who are helping others

PSCP specializes in helping organizations set up sharing circles and support networks for in-house peer grief helpers. We develop, staff, and facilitate supportive spaces for volunteers and paid staff. We also train qualified individuals to lead their own sharing circles and develop their own support networks.

Peer grief helper sharing circles follow the model of a peer support group. These meetings allow helpers to receive their own personal support. They can discuss their own grief, explore how it may be affecting their work, and confidentially request support if they are feeling stuck (e.g. referral recommendations).

Peer grief helper networks are similar to sharing circles, yet they expand support by creating opportunities to collaborate with other organizations.
